The BJHP Editorial Board is composed of the Editor-in-Chief, Associate Editors, the Editorial Advisory Board, and Guest Editors, in accordance with criteria of technical and scientific qualification, academic experience, and alignment with the journal's scope. This composition follows Resolution (Deliberação) CRF-MG No. 35/2026, which amends the Internal Regulations of the BJHP scientific journal.

Guest Editors

Guest Editors may be appointed by the Editor-in-Chief to coordinate thematic issues, supplements, or special issues of the BJHP, as provided for in the journal's Internal Regulations.

Members of the Editorial Board are nominated by the Editor-in-Chief, after consultation with the Editorial Board, and formally appointed by the Presidency of the CRF/MG for a three-year term, with up to three reappointments. The Editor-in-Chief is nominated by the Editorial Board to the Presidency of the CRF/MG, which is responsible for the appointment, and serves for up to two years, likewise with up to three reappointments. Guest Editors serve for a fixed period, limited to the issue for which they were appointed.
